New builds and whole of home projects, New South Wales
uPVC Windows and Doors for New Homes
We supply and install every window and every door in a new build, made to measure from your plans and finished by the same team that manufactures them. One specification, one supplier, one install crew, from the first opening to the last.
- 25+ years in business
- European Deceuninck systems
- BAL 40 certified range
- 10 year frame warranty
Whole of home supply
Every opening in the house, specified once
On a new build you are not replacing one tired window. You are choosing the frames, the glass and the hardware that the house will live with for the next thirty years, and you are choosing them before a single reveal is set. We quote the whole property from your plans, manufacture each unit for its own opening, and fit the lot ourselves.
That matters more than most people expect. When the windows and the doors come from one specialist, the profile, the colour, the sightlines and the hardware match from the front entry through to the rear alfresco, and there is one party accountable if a seal or a sill is not right.
- Windows and doors for the entire property, quoted together from your drawings
- Every unit made to measure in our Wetherill Park factory, nothing pulled off a shelf
- Double glazed as standard, with Low E and acoustic glass options per room
- Consistent profile, colour and hardware through the whole house
- BAL rated units where the block sits in a bushfire prone area
The specification
The range you can draw on across a new build
Most new homes end up using four or five of these across the plan. Pick the style per room rather than per house, and the whole envelope still reads as one system.
uPVC Windows Choose per room
-
Tilt and Turn
Secure night ventilation and easy cleaning. Common in upper storey bedrooms.
-
Awning
Airflow without the rain. The usual pick for kitchens, bathrooms and highlights.
-
Casement
The tightest weather seal in the range, with a wide clear view.
-
Sliding
No swing path needed. Suits walkways, side boundaries and tight setbacks.
-
French
A classic double leaf look where the facade calls for it.
uPVC Doors Entry and openings
-
Bifold
Opens a full wall. The usual answer for a new alfresco or rear living zone.
-
Sliding
Large glass with no swing. Works where a bifold stack would steal floor space.
-
Lift and Slide
For the oversized panels. Heavy glass that still glides and seals properly.
-
Hinged
Front entry and laundry or garage access, with multi point locking.
-
French
An elegant double leaf opening for a study, bedroom or courtyard.
Every unit above is available double glazed, and where your block is in a bushfire prone area we can supply the same openings from our BAL 40 certified bushfire range.
How it runs
How a new build project works with us
Four stages from drawings to handover. The order matters, because the only measure that counts is the one taken on site.
-
01
Plans and specification
Send us the window and door schedule or the architectural drawings. We work through style, glazing and hardware per opening and come back with a written quote for the whole property.
-
02
Site measure
Once the frame is up and the openings are formed, we measure on site. Drawings move during construction, so nothing goes into manufacture before the real dimensions are confirmed.
-
03
In house manufacture
Your units are fabricated at Wetherill Park on European Deceuninck profiles with Roto hardware, reinforced and glazed to the specification agreed for each room.
-
04
Install and inspect
The same business that built the units fits them, seals them and walks the house with you at completion, checking operation, locking and finish on every opening.
The case for specifying it now
Why the glazing decision is easier before the build, not after
Retrofitting better windows into a finished house means working around architraves, render, cladding and flooring that are already in. Specifying them into a new build avoids all of that, and the performance is locked in from the first summer the house is lived in.
- Thermal comfort from day one. Glazing is where a home gains and loses most of its heat. Sealed double glazed units in multi chamber uPVC frames hold a steadier temperature room to room, which shows up in the running cost every year the house stands.
- A genuinely quieter house. The sealed cavity between the panes dampens traffic, rail and aircraft noise, which is worth deciding on early if the block sits near a main road or a flight path.
- No repainting, ever. uPVC does not rot, corrode or need a maintenance coat the way timber and powder coated aluminium do, so there is no recurring cost built into the facade.
- Less condensation. A warmer inner pane reduces the condensation that damages reveals, sills and paintwork in the first few winters.
Who we supply
Who we work with on new builds
Owners building their own home
You are choosing the windows and doors yourself, often with a long list of decisions already made. We talk through what suits each room, quote the whole house, and keep the glazing on one invoice rather than scattered through variations.
Builders and developers
The new home builders and developers we supply want a schedule priced accurately, units that arrive to the measured sizes, and one point of contact when a site detail changes. We manufacture locally, so revisions do not sit on a shipping container.
Architects and specifiers
We supply the performance data, WERS ratings and system detail your drawings and energy assessment need, and we will work to a specification rather than substituting a cheaper profile without telling anyone.
We supply and install across New South Wales from our Wetherill Park base. See the areas we serve.
Budgeting the package
What changes the price of a whole home window and door package
No two new builds price the same, because no two schedules are the same. These are the variables that move the number most, so you know what you are being asked when we quote.
- 01Number and size of openings. A single storey three bedroom plan and a double storey home with a glazed rear wall are different projects, even on the same street.
- 02The styles you choose. A bank of awning windows and a lift and slide door of the same square metreage sit at very different points.
- 03Glazing specification. Standard double glazing, Low E coatings, acoustic laminates and toughened safety glass each change the unit cost per opening.
- 04BAL rating. A bushfire prone block requires a certified system, which is a different build to a standard unit.
- 05Colour and finish. Woodgrain and dual colour foils are a manufacturing step beyond a standard white profile.
- 06Access and storey height. Upper level installs, restricted street frontage and crane or lift requirements all affect the install portion.
We do not price a new build off a rate per square metre, because it would be wrong by the time the schedule is read properly. Send through the plans and we will quote the full set of openings in writing, itemised so you can see what each decision costs before you commit to it.
Before you ask
New build questions we get most often
When should I bring you into a new build?
As early as the drawings are settled. Window and door selections affect the energy assessment, the framing openings and the budget, so the earlier the schedule is priced the fewer variations appear later. We can quote from plans well before the slab goes down, then measure on site when the frame is up.
Can you quote from architectural plans or a window schedule?
Yes. Send the plans or the schedule and we work through it opening by opening. If the schedule is still open on style or glazing we will put options against each room so you can compare them properly rather than guessing.
Do you supply the whole house, or only selected rooms?
Either, though the whole property is where this works best. Doing every opening together is what keeps the profile, colour, hardware and sightlines consistent, and it means one measure, one delivery and one install rather than three.
Our block is bushfire prone. Can you meet the BAL requirement?
Yes. We supply a certified bushfire range that complies to BAL 40 for high risk zones. Tell us the BAL rating from your bushfire assessment and we will specify the compliant units for the affected elevations. You can read more on our bushfire windows and doors page.
Are the windows double glazed as standard?
Yes. Our uPVC systems are built around sealed double glazed units with an insulating cavity, and we can vary the glass per room where a space needs more acoustic or solar control than the rest of the house.
Do you install, or do we arrange our own fitter?
We do both the manufacture and the installation. The team that fabricates your units fits them, which removes the gap where sizing, sealing and warranty disputes usually sit when supply and install are split between two companies.
What warranty comes with the frames?
Our uPVC frames carry a ten year product warranty backed by the profile manufacturer. Full terms are confirmed in writing with your quote.
