Sliding Doors
The panel everyone uses on a coastal house. Stainless rollers and a corrosion resistant track matter far more here than they do inland, because salt is what kills a slider first.

Sea air strips the finish off window frames faster than anything else on the South Coast. We supply and install uPVC windows and doors that do not corrode, pit or need repainting, and we fit them in homes right across Batemans Bay and the Eurobodalla.

The coastal problem
Homes within a few streets of the water sit in a salt laden atmosphere all year. Aluminium frames chalk and pit along the sill, powder coating lifts at the corners, and timber swells, splits and needs sanding back and repainting every few seasons. Hardware suffers first: handles stiffen, friction stays seize and locks stop turning smoothly.
uPVC does not corrode. The colour runs through the profile rather than sitting on top of it, so there is no coating to fail and nothing to repaint. The frames wash down with soapy water. We pair them with stainless and marine grade hardware so the moving parts last as long as the frame does.
The range
Every style is made to measure and available double or triple glazed. Choose the look and the way it opens, and we will match it to the performance your rooms need.

Best for: Blocks with a BAL rating
Explore bushfire windows and doorsRebuilding and upgrading
Plenty of properties between the coast and the escarpment carry a Bushfire Attack Level rating, and a BAL assessment changes what can legally go into the opening. We supply uPVC windows and doors in BAL rated configurations up to BAL 40, built to the glazing and sealing requirements that apply at that level.
If you are working from a bushfire report, send it through with your plans. We will match each opening to the rating it needs rather than quoting a single specification across the whole house.
Is it time to upgrade?
If any of these sound familiar, replacement will make a real difference to how the house feels and performs.
Simple from start to finish
One team handles everything, from the first measure to the final clean up, so nothing falls between a supplier and a separate installer.
We assess your rooms, take precise measurements and give you a clear written quote with no obligation.
Your windows and doors are made to order in our own workshop using European uPVC systems and quality glazing.
Once your order is built and checked, we bring it to your home ready for a tidy, scheduled installation.
Our fitters install, seal and finish every opening, then clean up and walk you through your new windows and doors.
Why homeowners choose us
uPVC windows and doors are all we do, and we have been doing it for more than 25 years. Because we manufacture and install with one team, the quality of the product and the quality of the fit are never someone else's problem.
Where we work
We supply and install across the Eurobodalla, from the bay itself out to the surrounding beaches and villages.
Not listed? We travel throughout the NSW South Coast and the surrounding districts. Ask us when you book your measure and we will confirm the visit. You can also see every area we serve.
Common questions
Yes. uPVC does not corrode, so it will not pit, chalk or lose its coating the way powder coated aluminium does near the water. The colour is part of the profile rather than a surface finish, so there is nothing to repaint and maintenance is a wash down.
We do. Your windows and doors are made to measure in our own workshop at Wetherill Park, then delivered and installed by our own fitting team. You deal with one business for the measure, the manufacture and the installation.
Yes, up to BAL 40. Send us your BAL assessment with the plans and we will specify each opening to the level it requires.
It is worth it here for different reasons. On the coast the gains are mostly about noise, comfort in summer and keeping conditioned air inside, rather than winter heating alone. Double glazing also reduces condensation on cool mornings.
Multi point locking pulls the sash tight into the frame at several points rather than one, which matters when a house is closed up. The frames also do not deteriorate while nobody is there to maintain them.
